Should you require an updated copy of your ISO Certificate and it is in date it's easy to locate on your Atlas Platform www.atlas-hub.co.uk
To locate your Certificate, navigate to the ISO Certification menu and click:
Documents > Company Documents > Relevant ISO folder > Certificates.
Clicking the ‘Actions’ button will allow you to view and download a PDF of the Certificate.
If you notice an error or need to amend your ISO Certificate, please type 'speak to someone' now, and a team member will be happy to help.
Please note, your Certificate expiry date and contract expiry date may differ, we operate on a 3 year Certificate cycle, for more information, please view this link Certification Cycle - Citation ISO.
If your ISO certification has expired but your contract with us is still active, this may be due to your Annual Surveillance Audit being overdue. If you require support will your annual audit, or would like an audit preparation guide, please let us know.
