You can usually view and download your in-date ISO certificate directly from the Atlas platform. If anything looks incorrect, or your certificate has expired, our team will be happy to help.
How to find and download your ISO certificate on Atlas
Go to www.atlas-hub.co.uk and log in to your Atlas account.
From the ISO Certification menu, go to:
Documents
Company Document
Select the relevant ISO folder
Open Certificates
Click the ‘Actions’ button next to the certificate to:
View your certificate online
Download a PDF copy of your certificate
If you spot an error on your certificate
If you notice any errors or need to amend details on your ISO certificate, please type “speak to someone” now
Or if you have emailed our enquiries team, please click 'talk to a person' and a member of the team will review this with you and arrange any updates needed.
Certificate expiry vs contract expiry
Your certificate expiry date and your contract expiry date may be different.
We operate on a 3-year certificate cycle for ISO certification.

If your ISO certification has expired
If your ISO certificate has expired but your contract with us is still active, it may be because your Annual Surveillance Audit is overdue.

Where you can display your ISO certificate
Please refer to the Certification Representation Policy on Atlas ISO to see where and how you can display your ISO certificate.
You can access this by logging into Atlas ISO (www.atlas-hub.co.uk).
Go to Certification marks and you will this policy at the top of the page.
