Please rest assured that there is no correlation between the status of ISOMentor courses and your ISO Certificate status, ISOMentor courses are simply there to help build your ISO knowledge and provide you with tools and knowledge to assist you with maintaining your ISO. Each course has been put together with this purpose in mind and are completely optional to join.

The new, on demand ISOMentor platform is hosted by one of our Group companies iHasco (it is a different platform to Atlas or ISO eLearning). If you are already an iHasco client, you will need to access ISOMentor through a separate login link. Please use the following link: www.interactive-training.net/4c680ad5-eaff-42c3-9cf9-3976c57d2b7b this will allow you to log in to your ISO training.

Each ISOMentor session lasts around 45 minutes. You can also pause at any time and resume when is best for you. We do not offer certificates for ISOMentor courses, although it may be something we offer in the future.

To add or remove users, please email a completed CSV file, using this template

If you are unsure on how many users you can have, your contract is a great place to check the number of users you’ve signed up for, but let us know if you would like to add any additional users.

If you haven’t received your password and are unable to login to ISOMentor, please provide your contact details and a team member look into this for you and will be in touch within 2 working days.

Technical Issues

If you are being shown an access denied page when trying to complete one of the ISOMentor courses, please check to see if you are using a Grammarly extension, if you are please disable this, as this has been known to affect the ISOMentor courses. If the issue persists, just let us know and we will ask the developers to look into this further, we will be in touch once this has been investigated.

If you have re-set your ISOMentor password and it is taking you to your main iHasco platform rather than ISO iHasco platform, please use the following link: www.interactive-training.net/4c680ad5-eaff-42c3-9cf9-3976c57d2b7b this will allow you to log in to your ISO training

If you have other technical issues, please provide us with details of the issues you are having, and a member will be in touch within 2 working days and we’ll be happy to help.
