Your annual fee (which includes your annual audit) is displayed on your ISO contract.
You may also see a Consultancy & Certification Fee on your ISO contract, this fee includes preparing the gap-analysis report, the management system documentation and issuing the Certificate. Additionally, the certification plans also cover annual surveillance audits, registration of ISO certificates, platform access for multiple users, and reasonable levels of telephone and email support.
Your annual fee may be different due to RPI, please view your contract to see if RPI is applicable. The fees mentioned for the certification plans are also subject to VAT and should be considered during budget planning.
