For Citation ISO clients, there are several templates available in Atlas ISO (previously called QMS connect) to assist you with achieving ISO compliance.
You need to be an ISO Service Owner to create new templates (this would normally be the main contact on your ISO account). If you do not have this level of access please speak to your ISO Service Owner.
For more help, login to (www.atlas-hub.co.uk) and navigate to the ISO Certification menu and select ISO Dashboard.
You can also report an issue to the team by pressing the ‘Feedback’ button located on the bottom left of your screen within Atlas.
