You can also upload rectification evidence in Atlas via Tasks. Once you have uploaded, you will need to email the team directly via [email protected] to let us know that you have added evidence and we will review and feedback.
Once you have emailed your evidence, our team will take 3-7 working days of receiving to process and then notify you of the outcome. This may be to ask for additional evidence or producing a NonConformance report.

The team will look into your appeal. This will then be escalated to a senior consultant, who will then review the appeal, and a conclusion will be decided, a member of our technical team will be in touch to discuss the outcome of the appeal, the length of time for a response may vary dependant on the complexity of the non-conformance.
