How do I book, rearrange or cancel my ISO appointment?

Our Diary Management team can help you with any ISO appointment query. Please have your name and company name ready, then type “speak to someone” in the chat to be put through to the team.

Booking, rearranging or cancelling an appointment

  • To book a new appointment, type “speak to someone” and a member of the team will assist you.

  • To rearrange an existing appointment, type “speak to someone” and we’ll look at alternative dates with you.

  • To cancel an appointment, type “speak to someone” and we’ll confirm the cancellation and next steps.

Changing appointment details

  • If you need to change any details of your appointment (for example, contact person, phone number or meeting time), type “speak to someone” and we’ll update this for you.

Finding your next audit due date

  • To check your next audit due date, please type “speak to someone” and the team will confirm this for you.

Finding your Microsoft Teams appointment link

  • If you already have an ISO appointment booked, your Consultant will send the Microsoft Teams link via Teams around 9:00 a.m. on the morning of the appointment.

  • If you have not received the link within 30 minutes of the start time, please:

  • Email us at [email protected], or

  • Call us on 01603 273732, or

  • Type “speak to someone” in the chat and we’ll look into it for you.
