Address changes (trading or certificate address)
If you need to change the address for invoicing, or the address shown on your ISO certificate, our team will help you do this.

Main contact changes
To change the main contact on your account, you’ll need to contact us directly.
The quickest way is to type “speak to someone” in the chat or if you have emailed the enquiries team, please use the button at the bottom 'talk to a person' to talk to a live agent, who can guide you through the process.
Adding a new authorised contact
To add an authorised contact to your ISO account, we need a formal request.
This request must come from:
An existing authorised individual on the account, or
A Director listed on Companies House.
This is to ensure your account stays secure and compliant.
Once the request is processed, the new authorised contact will be able to:
Help manage the account, and
Communicate directly with the support team.
